What Ships Are For Sale?
CSC has minted 6 Star Trek™ ships: U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701, U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D, I.K.S. Rotarran IKC-62127, U.S.S. Rio Grande NCC-72452, U.S.S. Defiant NX-74205, and U.S.S. Voyager NCC-74656.
These ships will be sold via the CSC Dutch auction, with the starting price of each ship being $200. The first auction starts on August 29th at 11 AM PST and involves the sale of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701.
What's So Special About These Ships?
These are limited-edition Star Trek™ ships in CSC. They're backed by ETH, exist on the blockchain and act both as collectables and playable in-game assets. Plus, they're quite famous in the Star Trek world and are extremely valuable to Star Trek collectors.
These will also be the first of their kind CSC ships, which is why they'll have the CSC First Fleet designation. This means that the ships will have lifelong insurance against destruction in-game.
The ships also come with special abilities. For instance, the famous U.S.S. Voyager NCC-74656 arrives with the Ablative Armor, while the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 comes with the Phaser Bank.
Why Join The Star Trek™ Standard Supply Crates Sale?
During this sale, the CSC team will be selling 10,000 Star Trek™ supply crates, each for roughly $25 (2,500 GFC). Each crate will contain 1 random Star Trek™ spaceship and 4 random Star Trek™ modules. You'll be able to purchase these crates with GFC only, so be sure to acquire some if you intend to purchase the crates.
Star Trek™ modules are various weapons systems that will help you on your journey through the CSC universe. All of these modules are from the Star Trek universe, such Photonic Cannon and Tricobalt device.
These modules can be obtained from the Star Trek™ supply crates, or through in-game events. Yes; the devs hid the crates somewhere within the EQ Pegasi, and you can find them using your exploration beam.
And, you can also mine Shards in EQ Pegasi and receive GFI in exchange. If you are among the commanders that mine the most Shards, you'll receive an event crate as a reward.
